Chief Executive OfficerTiffney Davidson-Parker, MSW, LMSW

Tiffney Davidson-Parker is a healthcare expert with more than 20 years of progressive management experience leading community mental health organizations and complex healthcare systems and programs. She is widely recognized as a social change agent and expert in pioneering healthcare initiatives; building productive teams of diverse professionals; and integrating communities to expand service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and positively impact operating costs.

Tiffney is the founder of Universal Therapeutic Services a mental healthcare organization focused on creating greater community access to health and mental health services and support. She has forged highly productive partnerships with numerous community stakeholder organizations to provide an array of accessible, culturally sensitive, and affordable services to diverse population groups within the community. She creates organizational cultures that are committed to high-quality care, patient safety, employee empowerment, and exceptional customer service.

Currently, Tiffney is Chief Executive Officer at Universal Therapeutic Services LLC, a community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare organization based in Greenville, SC, that is focused on strengthening systems of care for children and families with mental and emotionally based disorders and illnesses. She founded and developed this organization, building an ethnically diverse team of licensed clinicians to meet the diverse needs of the community, and forging strategic alliances and productive collaborations with community organizations to serve individuals from birth to senior citizen.

Previously, Tiffney was a Regional Manager of Case Management at Molina Healthcare, a California-based managed care company providing health insurance to individuals through government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. Prior to joining Molina, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Visions of Greatness Inc., a community-based rehabilitative behavioral healthcare service.

Tiffney is also Founder and Senior Consultant at Davidson Consulting Solutions, a boutique consulting firm that provides advisory services to health and human services organizations. She has served on multiple boards, including Care New England, the Rhode Island Health Center Association, the Mental Health Corporation of America, the Rhode Island Coalition for Children and Families, Switch, the Pressley House, and Mental Health America.

Tiffney is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She holds an MSW from Howard University in Washington, DC, and a BA from South Carolina State University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration from Walden University.

Chief Operating OfficerPatrick Sapp

Patrick Sapp is a distinguished Clemson University alumnus, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Professional Counseling, exemplifying his commitment to understanding the human mind and fostering well-being. His journey from academia to professional success and philanthropic influence mirrors the depth of his expertise and the breadth of his impact on communities and industries alike. In the realm of professional sports, Patrick made an indelible mark as a 2nd round draft pick for the San Diego Chargers, showcasing not only his athletic prowess but also his exceptional leadership and team spirit.

Transitioning from the NFL to a career focused on development and mental health, Patrick’s trajectory is a testament to his versatile skills and enduring dedication to positive societal impact. At Clemson University, Patrick served as the Director of Development for over thirteen years, where his visionary leadership was instrumental in raising over $800 million. His efforts were pivotal in enhancing both academic and athletic programs, significantly contributing to Clemson’s growth and prestige. This role underscored his ability to forge meaningful connections, inspire philanthropy, and strategically drive forward large-scale fundraising initiatives.

Further expanding his influence in the corporate sector, Patrick took on the role of Vice President of Development at Rosemont Holdings. Here, he was at the forefront of pioneering the first entertainment brand for Hyatt, showcasing his innovative thinking and his ability to bring groundbreaking concepts to fruition. This role highlighted his acumen in navigating the complexities of brand development and his knack for creating synergies between different sectors.

Currently, as the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Universal Therapeutic Services in Greenville, SC, Patrick has dedicated himself to improving mental health services. His work in this capacity reflects his deep commitment to enhancing community well-being, drawing on his academic background and professional experiences to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Patrick’s philanthropic endeavors are as impactful as his professional achievements. Serving on the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation board as the Golf Chairman, founding the One Clemson board to support student-athlete internships, participating on the police foundation board in Greenville, SC, and serving as a trustee board member, Patrick has leveraged his leadership and vision to foster positive change.

His contributions across these varied platforms highlight his dedication to supporting education, mental health, community safety, and the holistic development of individuals. Business Manager at Universal Therapeutic ServicesImani Robinson

Imani Robinson Peña serves as the Business Manager at Universal Therapeutic Services (UTS), where she has been an integral part of the team’s success since 2022. Originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, Imani now resides in Greenville, SC. She is dedicated to serving others, with a special focus on supporting the Hispanic community.

Imani earned her B.A. in Spanish from USC Upstate in 2016 and has been providing interpretation services since 2019, leveraging her expertise to ensure that the Hispanic community has access to quality healthcare. She became a Certified Healthcare Interpreter in Spanish (CHI™ – Spanish) after passing the national certification exam in January 2022. Her dedication to bridging language barriers and providing quality care has made her a vital asset to both UTS and the communities it serves.

I have a B.S. in counseling, and a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. My educational background has equipped me to work with families, couples, and individuals to find freedom from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life changes, or relationship problems. I specialize in working with families and couples as I utilized a systemic perspective and approach to therapy. I take a Narrative approach to therapy; this means that I acknowledge that you are the expert of your own story, and I will work collaboratively with you to empower and support you in reaching your goals. My goal is to assist you in finding your purpose, your self-worth and inner strength to overcome obstacles standing between you, and your dream.

Stephanie Marimón-Chavez was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and moved to the United States in 2006. With a strong passion for helping others, she became a certified medical interpreter in 2011, dedicating herself to bridging language barriers and ensuring that individuals had access to the care they needed. Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked with organizations like Prisma Health, St. Francis Hospital, and Greenville County Schools, providing essential support to her community.

In 2023, Stephanie joined Universal Therapeutic Services (UTS), continuing her mission to help and uplift those in need. Her commitment to making a meaningful impact is evident in every aspect of her work as she supports individuals and families with the resources they need. Stephanie’s compassion, dedication, and expertise drive her ongoing efforts to make a lasting difference in her community.
